Through trial and error and with the help of a little luck, I found a way to recover from cocaine and alcohol addiction. I basically changed my diet from a traditional diet that consists of meat and dairy to a vegan/pescatarian diet. I now eat plant-based foods and seafood. I eat grains, vegetables, beans, fruits, nuts, mushrooms, fish, and shellfish. There is so much variety within those food groups. Eating this way has helped me almost completely reduce cravings for cocaine and alcohol. Because us humans are alike, I hope that this discovery will help others, who are battling addiction to cocaine and alcohol.
